Return Policies of Jaflong BD Shop

We want every purchase to be a great experience with the right product. Even then, in case of a manufacturing fault or if the wrong product has been delivered, we facilitate an exchange or return. You must take an unboxing video to claim a return or exchange. Without the unboxing video, we would not accept your return or exchange request.

After getting the delivery of the product, you must take it home and do a full unboxing video. In case of something missing in the package or the wrong product delivery, we have to send this video as proof, and proper action will be taken after investigating the issue. In case of wrong product delivery from our side, we will replace it at our own cost.

Return, exchange, Refund, or Warranty won’t be applicable for the following conditions:

Physical Damage or Burnt Items
All kinds of Digital products and software
Clearance sell items
If the intact seal is torn or damaged
Undergarments items
Any accessories or Chargers or Adapter
Any kind of gift item which is not paid
If the product has any scratches
If the item is not in resalable conditions
The item is not complete with all accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered. Any 3rd party app or software or device is not compatible. The item has any problem whatsoever, please contact us within 24 hours via email at sales@chococraving.com.

You need to return all the boxes, manuals, accessories, stickers, and labels along with the proper box and not putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address, and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.
The product, after receiving, shall be checked and we’ll let you know the status. Also, if a refund is required, it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.

In case of faulty products, the courier charge of Taka will be borne by us. But in case of any additional charge, the customer needs to bear those. In case the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund, in that case, all the necessary Payment processing fees along with delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
The discount or cash back or gift, if given to the customer, should be taken back and refunded.
